The products are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, an affiliate of the Binance group, and are designed to give users around\u2011the\u2011clock access to tokenized versions of publicly listed shares.<\/p>\n<p>At launch, Binance listed tokenized versions of Circle Internet Group, Micron Technology, Nvidia, Sandisk and Tesla. According to a media statement, a tokenized version of SpaceX is planned, pending the company\u2019s expected public listing on Nasdaq. Binance said additional listings will roll out over time.<\/p>\n<p>The debut Bstocks follows Binance\u2019s recent announcement <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/binance-opens-7000-us-stocks-to-global-users-with-commission-free-access\/\">introducing U.S. equities trading<\/a> on its platform. The exchange said Bstocks are intended to merge traditional investing with on\u2011chain portability, allowing users to hold the assets on Binance or self\u2011custody them through <a href=\"https:\/\/buy.bitcoin.com\/bnb\/?utm_source=News\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BNB<\/a> Chain\u2011compatible wallets. The tokens can also be used across supported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/what-is-defi-decentralized-finance\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">decentralized finance<\/a> ( <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/what-is-defi-decentralized-finance\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DeFi<\/a>) applications.<\/p>\n<p>Users can convert between underlying equities \u2014 purchased through Binance\u2019s broker\u2011dealer entity Nest Trading Limited \u2014 and Bstocks at a 1:1 ratio with no conversion fees. Fractionalized trading starts at $5.<\/p>\n<p>The launch comes after the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market approved the issuer\u2019s prospectuses. Each Bstock is structured as a certificate over a corresponding U.S. stock or exchange-traded fund (ETF) and is backed 1:1 by shares held with a regulated custodian, Binance said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEarly demand for stocks trading on Binance shows that users want more flexible ways to access traditional markets,\u201d Richard Teng, Binance\u2019s co\u2011CEO, said in a statement. \u201cbStocks are the next step in that evolution, bringing real\u2011world assets on\u2011chain while giving users greater portability and self\u2011custody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As BEP\u201120 tokens on <a href=\"https:\/\/buy.bitcoin.com\/bnb\/?utm_source=News\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BNB<\/a> Chain, Bstocks are compatible with a wide range of wallets and on\u2011chain applications. Binance said integrations will expand over time.
