The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/2103547\/000110465926075843\/tm2534148d4_s1a.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">filings<\/a> mark the second amendments for the <span>ETH<\/span> and <span>SOL<\/span> ETF applications, which were first filed in January.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"876\">The latest documents show that each fund would charge a 0.14% sponsor fee. If launched at that rate, Morgan Stanley\u2019s products would undercut current fee leaders in both markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"1107\">Grayscale\u2019s Mini Ethereum Trust currently has the lowest fee among ethereum ETFs at 0.15%, while Franklin Templeton\u2019s <span>solana<\/span> ETF has the lowest fee among <span>Solana<\/span> products at 0.19%.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1218\">The ethereum ETF is expected to trade under the ticker MSSE. The <span>solana<\/span> fund is expected to trade under MSOL.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1192b9q\" data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1257\"> <span>Staking<\/span> Providers Named in Filings<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1337\">The amendments also revealed more details on how the funds will handle <span>staking<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1569\">Figment Inc., Galaxy <span>Blockchain<\/span> Infrastructure LLC, and Coinbase Canada Inc. are listed as <span>staking<\/span> service providers. Morgan Stanley plans to <span>stake<\/span> a portion of the ether and <span>solana<\/span> held by the funds to generate additional rewards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1668\">The filings said 5% of <span>staking<\/span> rewards would be paid to <span>staking<\/span> service providers and custodians.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1891\">That feature could help differentiate the funds in a crowded ETF market. <span>Staking<\/span> allows proof-of- <span>stake<\/span> assets such as ethereum and <span>solana<\/span> to earn network rewards, though it also adds operational and regulatory complexity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"2081\">For investors, the structure may offer a combination of spot price exposure and incremental yield.
