announced an initiative to help Venezuelans residing in affected zones directly.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The organization <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/es-LA\/blog\/fundaci%C3%B3n\/494861573422684842\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">revealed<\/a> that it will distribute $3 million to users who have completed Proof of Address (POA) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, indicating they reside in La Guaira, Distrito Capital, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falc\u00f3n, and Yaracuy, areas that were most affected by the natural disaster.<\/p>\n<p>The help will be distributed as 20 <a href=\"https:\/\/buy.bitcoin.com\/?utm_source=News\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">USDT<\/a> vouchers redeemable in Binance\u2019s platform rewards hub. <strong>\u201cUsers will receive the funds within a maximum of 30 days from the completion date of
