FILQ carries a top-tier Aaa-mf assessment from Moody\u2019s, giving thBILL exposure to a regulated tokenized <span>liquidity<\/span> fund managed by one of the world\u2019s largest asset managers.<\/p>\n<p>In the exclusive shared with <span>Bitcoin.com<\/span> News, Theo said the move strengthens the institutional backing behind thBILL, which is designed to give onchain investors 24\/7 access to Treasury-style <span>liquidity<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2>Fidelity Joins Wellington in thBILL Backing<\/h2>\n<p>FILQ will sit alongside ULTRA, a Treasury fund issued by Wellington Management and custodied at Standard Chartered.<\/p>\n<p>That combination makes thBILL one of the only onchain Treasury products backed by paper from both Fidelity International and Wellington Management. For institutions, the structure offers access to familiar fixed-income managers through blockchain-based settlement and reporting rails.<\/p>\n<p>Arijit Pingle, Theo\u2019s co-CEO, said Fidelity International\u2019s fund provides the strongest institutional foundation yet for thBILL. Through the Chainlink Runtime Environment, FILQ\u2019s net asset value and distribution data are brought onchain, with daily NAV data received and approved by <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/jamie-dimon-bull-market-little-tsunami\/\">JPMorgan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That data feed allows FILQ to be used inside thBILL and across broader onchain workflows, including treasury management, collateral, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/what-is-liquidity\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">liquidity<\/a> and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Theo\u2019s wider product suite includes thBILL, thGOLD and thUSD.
