The chart maps Strategy\u2019s <span>bitcoin<\/span> buys against price movements, showing its accumulation across market conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c <span>Bitcoin<\/span> is Digital Energy,\u201d Saylor wrote. The chart shows 113 purchase events and total holdings of 847,363 <span>BTC<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Last week, Saylor posted a similar orange dot chart with the <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/michael-saylor-teases-bullish-signal-more-charts-may-be-coming-as-strategys-bitcoin-accumulation-grows\/\">message<\/a>, \u201cWe\u2019re gonna need more charts.\u201d The following day, Strategy <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/strategy-launches-2-55b-reserve-shield-as-mstr-plunges-30-and-bitcoin-hits-60k\/\">unveiled<\/a> a $2.55 billion reserve shield as MSTR and STRC drew investor attention and <span>bitcoin<\/span> traded around $60,000 before recovering.<\/p>\n<p>As of July 5, Strategy\u2019s dashboard showed holdings of 847,363 <span>BTC<\/span> valued at $53.116 billion. It also listed <span>bitcoin<\/span> per share at 211,157 sats, enterprise value of $57.112 billion and annual dividends of $1.762 billion, underscoring how the company measures its <span>bitcoin<\/span> position alongside its capital obligations.<\/p>\n<h2>Strategy\u2019s Reserve Shield Adds a New Layer to the Bitcoin Bet<\/h2>\n<p>Strategy said June 29 that it adopted a Digital Credit Capital Framework to strengthen preferred securities, improve <span>liquidity<\/span>, preserve long-term <span>bitcoin<\/span> exposure and support shareholder value. The plan includes a USD reserve policy, STRC dividend changes, Digital Credit Securities repurchases, MSTR buybacks and a <span>BTC<\/span> monetization program.<\/p>\n<p>The <span>BTC<\/span> monetization program allows <span>bitcoin<\/span> sales to build reserves, fund or replenish dividends and interest payments, or support repurchases. Strategy said it is not required to sell <span>bitcoin<\/span>. Any sale depends on market conditions, <span>liquidity<\/span> needs, taxes, accounting, legal rules and management\u2019s view of shareholder value.<\/p>\n<p>Saylor stressed:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cStrategy remains committed to <span>bitcoin<\/span> as its primary treasury reserve asset.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The executive chairman added that Digital Credit needs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/what-is-liquidity\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">liquidity<\/a>, discipline and active capital management, and that the framework is meant to improve credit quality, lower preferred dividend costs when beneficial, and preserve Strategy\u2019s long-term <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/price\/bitcoin\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bitcoin<\/a> exposure.<\/p>\n<p>The company reported about $2.55 billion in USD reserves as of July 5, equal to roughly 17.4 months of expected preferred dividends and interest expense.
