Mojtaba Ghal\u2019eh-Kuhi, Behzad Mesri, Keyvan Fayyaz Ghareh Blagh, Saber Shahbazi Balujeh, Mohammad Reza Kadkhoda\u2019i, and Arman Kahzadian are all mentioned as threat actors that have targeted U.S. institutions and companies and even executed digital asset heists.<\/p>\n<p>The countries most affected by these sanctions are China, which purchases Iranian oil; Iraq and Turkey, which purchase Iranian gas for power generation; India, Russia, and others. Nonetheless, even as Bessent explained that China was not exempt from these sanctions, the extent to which the Trump administration will apply these restrictions remains to be seen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEvery country will be given a defined timeline to shut down the Iran-related activity we have identified.
