It looks like a well-organized system in which names known from other situations appear,\u201d<\/strong> Tusk declared, highlighting the gravity of the development.<\/p>\n<p>Tusk said that after this, he would ask the Speaker of the Sejm to organize a re-vote on the Crypto-Asset Market Act, which was vetoed by President Karol Nawrocki a third time on June 11.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThis is probably the moment when no one will have the nerve to say that there is \u2018no problem\u2019 or that we have a lot of time. At this point, I can no longer imagine that President Nawrocki, Chairman Kaczy\u0144ski, and former Prime Minister Morawiecki would reject this problem with such incredible lightness,\u201d<\/strong> Tusk stated.<\/p>\n<p>Tusk has directly pointed his finger at President Nawrocki\u2019s involvement in the Zondacrypto bankruptcy scandal, where affected customers lost up to $94 million, according to estimations.<\/p>\n<p>On social media, he stressed that <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/donaldtusk\/status\/2092529877161300227?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this was the reason behind the law\u2019s veto<\/a>, accusing the governing party of receiving <strong>\u201ccash for watches worth 40,000 euros, for media, election parties, foundations of right-wing politicians.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Przemys\u0142aw Kral, who was the head of Zondacrypto, <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/zondacrypto-ceo-warns-polands-crypto-law-could-stifle-innovation\/\">criticized the act,<\/a> referring to it as a <strong>\u201cmajor step backwards,\u201d<\/strong> and assuring that the national crypto industry would <strong>\u201csuffer\u201d<\/strong> if passed.<\/p>\n<p>The vetoes left Poland in a sort of limbo, without the capacity to administer the Market in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulation provisions.
