The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2026\/09\/14\/3361148\/0\/en\/grayscale-investments-launches-grayscale-model-portfolios-to-help-advisors-deliver-digital-asset-allocations-at-scale.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new Grayscale model portfolio suite<\/a> packages multiple digital asset exchange-traded products into professionally constructed allocations distributed through financial platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.sanity.io\/files\/crh39rus\/prod-v2\/fd7fd65023a3bb7056a912ed97a1e24346a791f9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digital Assets Leaders Model Portfolio<\/a> splits its allocation across five Grayscale single-asset funds tracking ether (38.57%), bitcoin (37.25%), XRP (11.92%), solana (9.63%), and hyperliquid (2.63%). It uses market-cap weighting, rebalances quarterly, and caps any one asset at 40%, allowing its composition to shift as market leadership changes. Grayscale <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/featured\/grayscale-launches-4-crypto-portfolios-for-financial-advisors\/\">launched all four advisor models under the same portfolio framework<\/a> while leaving implementation decisions with individual financial professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Grayscale Global Head of Distribution Laurie Katz described the broader objective behind the launch: \u201cAdvisors are increasingly looking for ways to bring digital assets into client portfolios without having to build and maintain allocations asset by asset.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>XRP Weight More Than Doubles in Bitcoin-Free Next Gen Model<\/h2>\n<p>Grayscale\u2019s XRP ETF receives a substantially larger allocation in another Grayscale strategy. The <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.sanity.io\/files\/crh39rus\/prod-v2\/4ae990ec1b5b18c2e06c58d6539a3701923c731d.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Digital Assets Next Gen Model Portfolio<\/a> gives Grayscale\u2019s XRP ETF a 26.11% target allocation, placing it second only to the ether ETF at 42.34% in the portfolio as of Aug. 31.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining Next Gen allocation consists of ETFs tracking solana at 21.09%, hyperliquid at 5.76%, chainlink at 2.66%, avalanche at 1.08%, and sui at 0.96%. Unlike Leaders, Next Gen explicitly excludes bitcoin and can hold up to 10 eligible assets. In the bitcoin-excluding Next Gen model, the XRP ETF accounts for more than one-quarter of the portfolio and becomes its second-largest position.<\/p>\n<h2>Advisor Access Adds Another Channel for XRP Exposure<\/h2>\n<p>Grayscale\u2019s portfolio launch expands the channels through which financial advisors can obtain XRP price exposure without holding the cryptocurrency directly. Grayscale Advisors will distribute the models to financial platforms, which can make them available for implementation in client accounts, while advisors retain discretion over how the suggested allocations are applied.<\/p>\n<p>That structure arrives as regulated XRP investment products attract more capital. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/crypto-news\/us-spot-xrp-etf-inflows-reach-1-68-billion-as-demand-accelerates\/\">Demand for U.S. spot XRP ETFs has accelerated<\/a>, adding to the institutional-access channels available for XRP exposure.
