The company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/2133022\/000119312526381855\/0001193125-26-381855-index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a> on Sept. 3 identifies Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Allen &amp; Co., and Jefferies among the offering\u2019s lead bookrunners.<\/p>\n<p>Coinbase previously <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/coinbase-launches-us-stock-trading-pushing-ambitious-everything-exchange-vision-forward\/\">opened U.S. stock and exchange-traded fund trading<\/a> to eligible customers, providing access to more than 8,000 securities, fractional shares, and 24\/5 trading.
