In a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company explained that holdings rose from 26,355 BTC to 27,462 BTC following the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Cole further stated that \u201cwarrant exercises generated another $12.4M. Including those proceeds, 85% of total capital raised came from SATA.\u201d The SATA ticker is Strive\u2019s preferred stock, which has a design that is <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/finance\/saylor-sec-innovation-exemption-tokenized-mstr-strc\/\">similar to Strategy\u2019s STRC<\/a>. The SEC filing shows that Strive\u2019s cash and USD equivalents rose while the company bought bitcoin, jumping from $229.6 million to $248.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, while Strive has SATA, the company also holds 505,000 shares of Strategy Inc.\u2019s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC). With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/price\/bitcoin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bitcoin prices standing around $83,300 per unit<\/a> on Monday, Strive\u2019s total stack was worth around $2.3 billion. The cost average Strive paid turns out to be around $80,862 per coin, which gives the company some breathing room in the realm of profitability.<\/p>\n<h2>Treasury Buying Continues as Strive Shares Climb 32% in a Month<\/h2>\n<p>The purchase is the latest in a near-weekly cadence that has defined Strive\u2019s 2026. Additionally, Strategy <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/crypto-news\/strategy-buys-1665-more-bitcoin-as-its-btc-treasury-hits-847666\/\">acquired 1,665 BTC<\/a> this week and <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/crypto-news\/tom-lees-bitmine-6-million-ether-milestone-46m-buy\/\">Bitmine announced it acquired 17,362 ETH<\/a> and now holds more than 6 million coins. In fifth place, Strive is still behind MARA Holdings, Metaplanet, Twenty One Capital, and Strategy in terms of the largest bitcoin-centric DATs.<\/p>\n<p>Strive\u2019s common shares, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/NASDAQ-ASST\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASST, traded on the Nasdaq<\/a>, were down about 2% from the start of Wall Street\u2019s open just ahead of markets closing on Monday. Over the last five days, ASST is down about 5%, and this past month, ASST has risen more than 32% against the U.S. dollar.
