Strategy hasn\u2019t <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/strategy-sells-3588-bitcoin-for-216-million-to-cover-dividend-payments\/\">avoided sales entirely<\/a>, but for the most part has <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/crypto-news\/strategy-buys-1665-more-bitcoin-as-its-btc-treasury-hits-847666\/\">consistently added BTC<\/a> to its coffers for years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost treasury companies only focus on accumulating bitcoin. We are building one that adjusts its exposure through the cycle,\u201d said Terpin, in a statement. \u201cThis is a disciplined approach that is designed to outperform holding bitcoin and never selling.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Terpin told Bitcoin.com News that a proposed Reg A offering would enable the firm to raise up to $75 million\u2014\u201dthe majority of which will go into buying bitcoin.\u201d He added that the firm\u2019s approach could \u201csupport much higher amounts,\u201d however.<\/p>\n<p>Supercycle\u2019s treasury model announcement came alongside word that the company has acquired Presearch, a privacy-centric and crypto-fueled search platform, which <a href=\"https:\/\/presearch.beehiiv.com\/p\/presearch-is-shutting-down-update\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shut down services in July<\/a>.
