This follows <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/russia-paves-way-for-using-digital-ruble-in-national-budget-disbursements\/\">a series of changes to the budget code<\/a> to enable disbursement in this digital currency.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, Anatoly Aksakov, head of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market, stressed that the current ATM network <a href=\"https:\/\/iz.ru\/2177189\/v-gd-dopustili-poiavlenie-bankomatov-dlia-obnalichivaniia-tcifrovykh-rublei-v-2027-godu-izi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">might be interconnected with the digital ruble platform<\/a> next year, enabling direct-to-cash withdrawals in ATMs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTechnologically, yes, it is possible and feasible.
