Within 48 hours, it had sold 41,430 HYPE at an average of roughly $7.25 for about $300,000, taking back more than half the cost. Most of the rest ended up staked.<\/p>\n<p>At press time, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/price\/hyperliquid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HYPE is trading near $88<\/a>, roughly 20 times that entry. Lookonchain puts the wallet\u2019s total profit on HYPE at $7.24 million, a 1,317% return.<\/p>\n<h2>The Move, Step by Step<\/h2>\n<p>The Binance deposit had been coming for a week, given that Hyperliquid has a seven-day unstaking queue, so the HYPE that came out of staking on Oct. 2.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight:400\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>10:37 (UTC):<\/b> 63,367 HYPE left Hyperliquid staking and landed in the wallet\u2019s spot balance.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight:400\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>14:14 (UTC):<\/b> 20,950 HYPE, valued at $1.89 million, was sent through Hyperliquid\u2019s system address to the wallet\u2019s HyperEVM side.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight:400\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>About an hour later:<\/b> A single HYPE was sent as a test transfer to a Binance deposit address, <a href=\"https:\/\/arkm.com\/explorer\/address\/0xfb00c13f617c5981abb803591267c2241d6c1E9d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according to Arkham Intelligence<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight:400\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Roughly an hour after that:<\/b> 20,949 HYPE, about $1.87 million, followed to the same deposit address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The wallet\u2019s Hyperliquid spot balance still shows 42,417 HYPE, about $3.7 million at Saturday\u2019s price.<\/p>\n<h2>Other Notable Tate Transactions<\/h2>\n<p>The profit booked this time around is notable since Tate\u2019s record as a leveraged trader is shaky, to say the least. For instance, in November 2025, his Hyperliquid perpetuals account lost its entire balance of more than $727,000 when bitcoin\u2019s price slid below $90,000, a run Bitcoin.com News covered when he was <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bitcoin.com\/andrew-tates-794000-btc-bet-fails-influencer-liquidated-for-84th-time-on-hyperliquid\/\">liquidated for the 84th time<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He kept going at it in 2026 and by June, Lookonchain counted 107 liquidations, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/markets\/crypto\/articles\/andrew-tate-gets-liquidated-again-181350586.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">40x long on 57.36 BTC<\/a> cost him $95,478 when bitcoin\u2019s price was around $65,257. Arkham also recorded him getting <a href=\"https:\/\/info.arkm.com\/research\/andrew-tate-liquidated-8-times-in-24-hours-on-hyperliquid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">liquidated 8 times<\/a> in 24 hours that month.<\/p>\n<p>His record with tokens he promoted has not been much better. For instance, Tate has launched or pushed numerous memecoins such as Daddy Tate (DADDY), Roost and Germany Token, over the past year.
