The Pacific Palisades Fire ignited on Tuesday morning and quickly spread at an alarming rate, consuming entire neighborhoods and infrastructure in its path.

The fire advanced at an incredible speed of five football fields per minute, a rate that made containment nearly impossible.

The situation worsened when the Hurst Fire in Sylmar and the Eaton Fire near Altadena also broke out, further complicating firefighting efforts.

While the Palisades Fire remains the largest and most destructive, the Eaton Fire near Altadena and the Hurst Fire in Sylmar are also wreaking havoc.

According to Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony C. Marrone, the Eaton Fire has killed two individuals and remains a major concern for officials.
