Tournament Terms & Conditions

1 Purpose and Legal Nature of the Tournaments

The Tournaments are organized exclusively for entertainment and promotional purposes and shall not be construed as offering investment services, financial instruments, or investment advice.

All trading activities within the Tournaments are executed on Tradingview demo accounts utilizing virtual funds, with no connection to real financial markets or actual monetary value. Every trade in the tournament is virtual. Users compete on simulated performance; they do not place real-money trades.

Virtual balances and P&L are scoring units. They cannot be withdrawn and do not represent amounts held in a brokerage account.

2 Entry Eligibility

A user must satisfy the eligibility requirements and pay any disclosed entry fee before the cut-off time. Entry is personal and may not be transferred or resold.

Each individual is strictly limited to a single Tournament account. The creation, maintenance, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and shall entitle the Platform to impose immediate and permanent exclusion from all current and future tournaments.

Crowdfundjunction may offer free tournament, sponsored activities, invitation-only activities and promotional competitions.

3 Starting Conditions

Participants in the same tournament will ordinarily receive the same virtual starting balance and competition parameters unless stated otherwise.

4 Market Data, Trading Platform and Simulated Execution

Simulated trades are done using Tradingview Platform’s designated market-data and simulation engine.

No simulated execution creates a real market transaction, and no counterparty relationship is created between the user and any data or liquidity provider.

5 Scoring

The scoring method for each activity will be disclosed before entry. Scoring may use simulated P&L, percentage return, drawdown, objectives completed, risk-adjusted performance, time, number of winning trades or other disclosed criteria.

Leaderboard values are provisional until the activity is closed and integrity checks are complete.

7 Entry Fees and Winner Prizes

Each Tournament may be offered either free of charge or subject to entry fee, the amount and payment terms of which shall be disclosed in advance of the relevant Tournament’s commencement. Tournament prizes may be fixed, pooled or allocated by ranking. The prize structure displayed before entry governs. Entry fees do not entitle a user to a proportional share of the prize pool unless the specific rules state so. Winner Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and will also be stated clearly before the tournament.

Winners shall be notified by the Platform within forty-eight (48) business hours following the conclusion of the applicable Tournament. Delivery of the corresponding prizes shall occur within a further forty-eight (48) business hours, subject to any required verification. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or revoke any prize in the event of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with identity verification requirements.

By entering a Tournament—whether free or paid—the Participant acknowledges that all entry fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of performance, disqualification, or early termination of participation. In particular, any Participant who breaches the Tournament rules or accesses the Tournament platform forfeits any right to a refund.

Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with a financial institution after accessing or participating in a Tournament shall be deemed an act of payment fraud. In such cases, CFJ reserves the right to permanently suspend the Participant’s access to all current and future tournaments offered by CFJ and its affiliates.

8 Tie-Breaks

Unless otherwise stated, ties may be resolved by the higher qualifying simulated return, lower qualifying drawdown, earlier achievement time, fewer rule breaches, or another pre-disclosed tie-break method. If no method resolves the tie, CrowdFundJunction may split the applicable prize equally or give both similar prize.

9 Disqualification

A user may be disqualified for cheating, multi-accounting, account sharing, prohibited automation, collusion, identity/payment fraud, prohibited-jurisdiction access, exploit abuse, tampering, or material violation of specific activity rules or trolling the company.

10 Cancellations and Material Technical Problems

If an activity cannot be completed fairly because of a material platform or market-data issue, CrowdFundJunction may cancel, restart, extend, re-score or refund the entry fee.

11 Finalization and Prize Eligibility

Results become final after reasonable integrity and eligibility checks. A user must successfully complete requested verification before a prize is given. To receive prize the winner has to identify himself (Name, Email, Mobile number etc), follow us on any one of our social media which you can get from our website www.crowdfundjunction.com and post your final result in the form of a 30 sec video stating “your name and you have joined CrowdFundJunction Crypto Trading Tournament during Token 2049 and won the tournament”. After recording the video you will share the video with us and tag us.

12 Code of Conduct

By participating in any Tournament, the Participant agrees to uphold the principles of integrity, respect, and professionalism. CFJ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of misconduct or abuse, whether occurring within its systems or in external interactions related to the Platform.

Without limitation, the following conduct shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate disqualification from the Tournament, permanent suspension from all current and future services offered by the Platform, and revocation of any associated prizes:

• Publishing, distributing, or otherwise communicating false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statements about CFJ, its staff, services, or affiliates, whether on social media, support channels, online forums, or any other public or private communication medium;
• Disclosing, sharing, or reproducing any private correspondence or communications with representatives of the Platform—whether written, verbal, or electronic—without the Platform’s prior express consent;
• Initiating any form of payment dispute or chargeback in relation to Tournament participation or related services, regardless of outcome or circumstances;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in toxic behavior toward any member of the Platform’s community, including staff and other participants;
• Posting spam, promotional messages, or unrelated content in official community spaces, including repeated requests for discounts, bonuses, or special treatment after decisions have been rendered;
• Attempting to manipulate, circumvent, or exploit the Tournament systems or rules, including through the creation or use of multiple accounts or false identities;
• Impersonating any employee or representative of the Platform.

CFJ reserves the exclusive right to determine whether conduct constitutes a violation of this section. Individuals found to have violated the Code of Conduct shall be deemed ineligible for any ongoing or future engagement with the Platform, and any benefits obtained through such misconduct shall be immediately revoked.

13 Data Use and Marketing

By registering for and participating in any Tournament, the Participant expressly consents to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by the Platform, including but not limited to their full name, email address, phone number, trading activity, account performance, and Tournament results.

The Platform shall be entitled to use such data for operational purposes related to the administration and execution of the Tournaments, as well as for broader marketing, promotional, and analytical purposes, including but not limited to displaying usernames, publishing leaderboard positions, showcasing trading performance, and sharing screenshots or summaries of trades on social media, websites, or other public-facing materials.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that their participation in a Tournament constitutes a waiver of any claim to confidentiality or compensation regarding the use of such data in the aforementioned manner. All data processing shall be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Platform’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

14 Trading Platform Disclaimer

The Tournaments are currently operated using Tradingview Platform.

CFJ does not warrant the accuracy, continuity, latency, or availability of the Tradingview platform.

Under no circumstances shall the CFJ be held liable for any technical error, system malfunction, delay, connectivity issue, incorrect data feed, or any other issue—whether originating from Tradingview platform, the Tournament dashboard, or related infrastructure—that may affect the Participant’s ability to trade, monitor performance, or remain eligible for a prize.

CFJ provides the Tournament services strictly “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. The Participant acknowledges that any loss of performance, prize eligibility, or Tournament standing due to such issues shall not constitute grounds for a refund, compensation, or legal claim.

15 Legal Terms

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any legal relationship arising from participation in the Tournaments, including any non-contractual obligations, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Tournaments, or any related matter shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.

16 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any Tournament, the Participant expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time.

Participation in a Tournament constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of all rules, disclaimers, and limitations set forth herein, including those related to eligibility, disqualification, data usage, prize distribution, limitation of liability, and governing law.

If the Participant does not agree to these Terms in their entirety, they must not register for or take part in any Tournament.
